What makes IFJ “Fine” jewelry?

Fine Jewelry is gold, silver, or platinum jewelry. We currently carry 10k, 14k, and 18k gold in both white and yellow, which means it is real gold and will last many lifetimes. It will never tarnish and can be worn every day!

We have a few items available in silver. Silver is a fine metal that will last a lifetime. Silver may tarnish, but it cleanable and will return to it’s original shine.

Do you ship internationally?

We’re a new and small business, so we’re still figuring things out! We have options for several countries in our shipping. If you’re country isn’t included, please email us and we can figure it out together.

When will I get my items?

It depends! Our lead time can range from shipping out in days to 3 weeks. We ship our in-stock items weekly. If an item is back-ordered or will take longer (sizing, engraving, stone setting), we will let you know immediately! We are diligent about shipping as soon as we can, so if you have not had a shipping notification, it is because we haven’t had your item in stock yet. If you have questions, email us!

Can I return my item?

Yes, unless it is a custom or sized item. Items must be in like-new condition and the return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, if item is returned in used condition a reduced refund will be issued based on the condition of the item. Gold is a soft metal and can show signs of wear with just a one or two wears.

Customer is responsible for return shipping (including insurance). Refund or credit will be initiated when we receive the returned item (we must receive the item in order for the refund/credit to be initiated) and inspect it for wear and tear. If you wish to return an item, please email us!

Can you help me find an item not on your website?

Yes! We are happy to help source your jewelry ideas. We are even able to customize engagement and anniversary rings. Email us to inquire about what we can do or fill our a request on our custom request page.

Do you engrave or resize?

We can engrave a few of our items, but are unable to resize or offer repairs. Feel free to ask us about engraving!

My item broke, what can I do?

We do quality assurance on every piece shipped, so if you feel your item is not the expected quality, reach out via email.

Occasionally items break after wear and tear. We suggest visiting a local jeweler for repairs on your item.

Can you do a private event?

We love pop ups and events. If you’re interested in having us bring a jewelry party to you, email us!

Pricing Policy

Our item prices are updated at the start of every quarter, according to the current price of gold. This means that the price of an item may increase or decrease throughout the year. Updating our prices quarterly helps us to continue to offer fine jewelry at prices well below traditional retail value.
